Letting rates and terms
Low season Mar,April,May & Oct 250 euro per week plus services.
High season June,July,Aug & Sept 350 euro per week all included.
Plus 100 euro deposit per letting.
50% payment on booking, balance upon arrival.
Based on Saturday to Saturday letting. Other options available please contact us for details if required.
Extra odd days and long weekends at 45,00 euro per day.
100 euro deposit returnable within 48 hours if no deductions.
It is normal for clients to leave the property as they would wish to find it , failing this a deduction will be made from the deposit to cover cleaning and replacements.

Payments in Sterling can be arranged.
